Why We Need a Spanish Ministry Director
The Spanish-speaking world represents one of the largest and fastest-growing mission fields for the Gospel. Our ministry has been actively serving Spanish-speaking communities through three branches — but right now, there is no single person dedicated to overseeing and unifying this critical work.
The Gap We Need to Fill
Currently, our Spanish division does not have one dedicated person who oversees all three branches of our Spanish-speaking outreach:
- RadioMv Spanish Radio — broadcasting the Gospel to Spanish-speaking listeners worldwide
- uTurn Ministry (Latin America) — boots-on-the-ground mission work in Argentina, Peru, Mexico, and beyond
- uTurn Education (Spanish) — theological education and training in Spanish for future church leaders
Without a dedicated director, these three vital branches operate independently, missing opportunities to coordinate, grow, and maximize their impact across the Spanish-speaking world. We need someone who can bring these efforts together under one unified vision.

Overseeing Spanish-language radio programming, content creation, and digital outreach to reach hearts across Latin America and the Spanish-speaking world.

Serve as the vital link between our English-speaking leadership and Spanish-speaking communities, ensuring nothing is lost in translation — literally and culturally.
